What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager - Boston USA position at CCM Hockey?
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to develop, lead and execute a local GTM plan following CCM Global strategic direction in the USA. Work on propelling CCM’s brand image and awareness through an impactful execution on all consumer touchpoints, social/digital media, retail, partnerships and events. Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders within the hockey industry, build CCM hockey network in USA.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead the development and execution of the local GTM plan for USA following CCM Global strategic direction.
Collaborate with the Global marketing team to plan, implement, and develop effective marketing campaigns aimed at growing brand awareness and consumer demand in USA (focus on the 3Ms)
Build a strong relationship with the local hockey community, media outlets, influencers, retailers, clients, partners.
Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure brand and product messaging are consistent across all consumer and customer touch points.
Act as the key point-person representing CCM USA for marketing/brand related interactions.
Lead and develop the local marketing organization in USA, Trade and Brand activators.
SKILLS, EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATIONS
Business degree
8-10 years experience in marketing
English, oral and writing
Must thrive in fast paced environment with multiple projects & deadlines.
Must be able to possess strong strategic thinking.
Important attention to details and capacity to work on many projects at once
Strong organizational, time management, presentation, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Excel, Email, Word and Power Point skills
Experience in sporting goods industry an asset
Passion for Sports (Hockey) is considered an asset
Please note that the position requires to be in the office 4 days a week. The office is located in Westborough.
