Lead Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation, customer service, and food safety. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and manage cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
• Stay informed about new products, menu changes, and industry trends to enhance guest experiences.

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods.
• Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Experience in the food industry with an understanding of food safety standards.

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
