Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by utilizing your skills in fabrication, machining, and general construction tasks. This position requires both physical stamina and technical knowledge to ensure quality workmanship.
Duties
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist in the fabrication, treating, and organization of materials and components as per project specifications.
- Utilize milling machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling structures.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment such as forklifts and machining tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
- Experience in machining or millwork is preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a carpenter or in a similar labor-intensive role is an advantage.
- Must be able to adhere to safety protocols at all times.
