CRBT is looking for a Branch Manager to join our team at the F Ave NW location. This position assists in overseeing all aspects of operations within the branch including supervision of Branch Staff. Individuals in this position must thoroughly understand all the Bank's products and services to determine which best meet the customer's financial needs. This position is also responsible for setting branch goals and ensuring the growth of their branch location.
To be considered for this position applicants must be able to develop, motivate, train, supervise and lead all branch staff. Strong successful supervisory or management experience required. High School diploma or equivalent required. Two years additional training in banking or related course work highly recommended. One year successful supervisory or management experience required. Five years' experience in the financial industry required, including teller and personal banker duties. Lending experience required. This position requires S.A.F.E registration at the time of employment. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the Mu4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
