CDD is a non-profit community-based organization that supports individuals with developmental disABILITIES in their own homes throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area. We have been doing this for over 50 years with the goal of adding 50 more in our sight. Speaking of goals, CDD offers incentives based on meeting agency-wide goals as well as differentials for homes that are behavioral, high medical needs, and for shifts that occur on Saturday and Sunday.
All Direct Support Professionals must have a Class E driver license in Missouri or a Class C driver license in Kansas, proof of auto insurance in your name for a reliable and legal form of transportation, and proof of education.
