Full-Time, Non-exempt, Group Home, Great Falls

Work Shift 11pm - 7am

Position Overview:

A paraprofessional person working on a therapeutic team providing recovery, support, services within a residential, addictions, treatment home. 

Job Duties:

1. Assists in matters related to daily living such as the procurement of food, meal preparation, care and maintenance of the home.
2. Provides a level of supervision to the clients geared toward client safety and wellbeing.
3. Helps provide structure for the clients. 
4. Assists in prompting clients to take medications as prescribed.
5. Will help provide a substance free sober environment within the home. 
6. Develops and facilitates social and recreational activities for clients. 
7. Monitors the clients for signs of relapse into substance use or drug seeking behaviors. Reports suspected use or drug seeking behaviors to clinical staff. 
8. Must have or are able to obtain a MT drivers license, personal vehicle and current insurance. Must be able to acquire these items within six months of starting employment. 
9. Engages in activities with the clients.
10. Completes all required trainings.
11. Completes all documentation required for the clients in this role. Completes other forms of documentation as deemed necessary.
12. Able to respond to clients in crisis in the appropriate manner.
13. Performs other duties as needed.
14. Must be willing to work nights, overnights and weekends. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• This knowledge is typically acquired through completion of high school, high school equivalency or work related vocational training. 
• One year of job related experience preferred. 
• Must have or be able to obtain a driver’s license within six months of a start date.

Wage Starts at $14.50 DOE
