Job Description
As a Centerbase Sales Associate, you will drive the development and expansion of the Centerbase customer base by discovering qualified opportunities within a given customer segment. You will build rapport and establish long-term relationships by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects. The BDR team contacts qualified and educates potential Centerbase customers on the value of the Centerbase platform. Sales Associate work alongside the Account Executive team to execute the sales strategy through strong customer relationships, performing deep levels of discovery, and overcoming objections.
Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships and generate leads using prospecting, cold calling, social media campaigns, email marketing, and other techniques.
- Work with prospects to understand their key business challenges and the qualified impact a solution like Centerbase provides.
- Utilize prospecting and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo; coordinate with assigned Account Executives to qualify leads.
- Provide a consistent flow of qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Presales Engineers.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in an inside sales environment
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to overcome objections and control sales situations
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, self-motivated, and self-direct
- Ability to build rapport with prospective customers
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Experience in legal or legal tech is a plus
