Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our account management and business development efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met efficiently. Duties
- Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining regular communication and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in maintaining brand standards and compliance across all client materials, ensuring that all content aligns with client branding guidelines.
- Help manage co-op marketing programs and ensure that all eligible materials and campaigns are properly submitted for reimbursement.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, participating in meetings, and assisting with client requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize a content management system to upload, organize, and maintain client content, ensuring easy access and proper organization.
- Provide support to the account management team with project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to schedule.
