Job Summary:
- Supervise multiple production/service crews
- Planning and executing a successful project
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
- Daily communications with the customer and employees
- Planning jobs for labor crews
- Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
- Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
Candidate Qualifications:
- A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Leadership, management and project management skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
- Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
- Commercial Roofing experience is a MUST
