Job Description
Find your purpose! Be part of CentraCare's Specialty Care Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health team providing outpatient diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, and psychotherapy services for children and their families impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, and developmental disorders. Ideal candidates will have the ability to practice in areas of interest and specialty, including specialty clinics in eating disorders, fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, autism, or health psychology. The psychotherapist provides diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and executes therapeutic treatment toward defined goals. The psychotherapist works to strengthen motivation and commitment to specific change goals through a collaborative, goal-oriented style of communication using motivational interviewing and evidence-based psychotherapy.
Schedule
- Full time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pay and Benefits
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare pay incentives to include but not limited to, hiring bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
