High School Intervention Specialist
Central Catholic High School, with over 100 years of graduates, forms young men and women into disciples of Jesus Christ. Located in Toledo, Ohio we are seeking a dynamic communicator, service provider, and team player to serve our students and families as a part-time Intervention Specialist for the 2025-2026 academic year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: helping special education students with coursework and academic success in resource room and pull-out environments; tracking and communicating students’ progress towards academic goals; partnering with the rest of the IS team and general education teachers on our students’ behalves; and coordinating intervention meetings with families, students, counselors, district representatives, and administration.
Successful candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in special education with experience in intervention preferred. Those currently possessing an Ohio licensed Intervention Specialist are strongly preferred, along with a willingness to support the mission and vision of Central Catholic. Candidates should possess excellent teaching and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate and connect effectively with CCHS students and families.
