Central Electric, Inc is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide excellent customer service while coordinating electrical service for our clients.
The SERVICE COORDINATOR will:
· Perform reception duties,
· Intake customer information,
· Understand and communicate with service manager to inform scope of service bid,
· Coordinate project schedule with service managers,
· Issue and follow up on service quotes,
· Allocate material inventory to service jobs,
· Issue invoices and follow up on payment,
· Communicate with customers and peers.
Qualifications: High School Diploma (or equivalency) | Experience in administration
Skills: Familiarity with construction bid and project software, Microsoft office, Attention to detail, Ability to work as part of a team
Wage and benefits: $20 - $25/hr starting wage range | Full suite of benefits: 100% paid health insurance for employee and Spouse or dependents, PTO, Holidays, Retirement
