What are the responsibilities and job description for the Main Office Administrative and Data Entry Assistant position at Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance?
BASIC FUNCTION:
This position will provide day to day administrative and data entry support for the Main Office and provide assistance to the Housing Counseling Department to ensure that the program is operating smoothly and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Download and document the phone lines daily
2. Return assigned calls in a timely manner
3. Provide front desk coverage for lunch breaks, meetings, days off, etc.
4. Greet clients, triage, and assist as needed
5. Help with data entry, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
6. Support the Housing Counseling team during walk-in hours
7. Respond to emails and other inquiries regarding assistance for funding
8. Assist with the filing, photocopies, daily tasks and special projects as assigned
9. Attend necessary meetings and trainings.
10. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· Associate degree or High School Diploma / equivalentwith2 years of related experience in Human services or similar field
Essential Abilities:
- Comfortable with the use of technology (computers, tablets)
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and TEAMS
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible and able to prioritize new tasks as they come in
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team
- Bilingual – Spanish preferred
- Sensitivity toward the needs and challenges of families served
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
