How You’ll Make An Impact
The Crisis Clinical Supervisor supervises, guides, and trains crisis staff, usually mental health workers (MHW) or mental health practitioners (MHP). The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assuring compliance with all clinical aspects of residential crisis services.

How You’ll Make An Impact
The Crisis Clinical Supervisor supervises, guides, and trains crisis staff, usually mental health workers (MHW) or mental health practitioners (MHP). The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assuring compliance with all clinical aspects of residential crisis services.
- Provides mainly clinical supervision of crisis staff with some assistance to the Program Director with administrative supervision when needed.
- Meet with staff to provide feedback on treatment plans and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in the training and tracking of new employees regarding both policy and procedure and clinical application.
- Supervises crisis staff regarding clinical decisions and skills.
- Trains staff on the Columbia suicide risk assessment, writing treatment plans, individual abuse prevention plans, and safety plans.
- Signs appropriate documents in the electronic health records to meet statutory and variance requirements.
- Monitors and assists with referral and intake processes and ensures admission criteria are met for all approved admissions.
- Provides clinical recommendations for recipient’s individual treatment and discharge planning.
- Ensures each recipient will be provided rehabilitative services that are medically necessary, using individualized treatment interventions that are based on the recipient’s assessed needs.
- Establishes and maintains effective rapport with all referrals, provider, and client sources.
- Knows and follows policies and procedures for emergencies and has the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to unsafe weather, environmental hazards, or recipient medical emergencies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Master’s degree in a mental health related field.
- Maintain professional licensure and appropriate supervisory requirements.
- Know and understand the rules and regulations associated with both mobile and residential services.
- Clear DHS background study.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

- Crisis or Leadership experience preferred.
- Passion for Community Mental Health.
- Target Range - $80,800 - $94,800 (Commensurate with experience)
- On-Call Pay represented in above range
