POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical services provided by counselors in both substance abuse and mental health treatment. This role includes supervision of staff, program development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality care for clients with co-occurring disorders. The Supervisor will provide direct clinical oversight, facilitate case consultations, and ensure that evidence-based practices are utilized in both substance abuse and mental health services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's Degree in the Mental Health Field
- 2 years of specialty mental health practice experience
- 1 year of chemical dependency treatment experience
- 1 year of progressively responsible leadership experience
- State of Alaska Clinical Social Worker license OR
- State of Alaska Professional Counselor license
- BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
