Summary of Position Mission
Responsible for providing high level customer service on firearms sold by the Company.

Work is normally performed throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility. Exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of light manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and normal office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.). No known environmental hazards are encountered in normal performance of job duties.

Summary of Position Mission
Responsible for providing high level customer service on firearms sold by the Company.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and repairs firearms for internal and external customers
- Checks headspace on firearms and adjust as necessary
- Repairs stocks, aligns sights and test fires
- Assembles firearms of a difficult nature
- Fabricates simple tooling, tools and fixtures
- Assists in production prototyping
- Documents problems on customer returns as required
- Inspects first piece samples from vendors and document findings
- Progressively improves upon and maintains acceptable inspection numbers in accordance with Company standards.
- Always stays on task with assigned duties.
- Adheres to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.
- Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment directed by the Company at all times.
- Maintains and keeps workstation and department area clean.
- Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.
- Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment as always directed by Company.
- Immediately report any maintenance and/or safety issues to supervisor
- Maintain respect, courtesy, a positive attitude and professionalism towards all co-workers and the Company.
- Other duties will be assigned, as required.

- Possess sound problem-solving skills to help facilitate solutions to problems identified during the inspection process.
- Ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook
- This position requires attention to detail as well as the ability to follow directions/organize and prioritize accordingly.
