Our firm’s Business Management and Sales Team is working toward creating the best development and sales solutions for our telecommunications clients. We are exploring candidates who are articulate, bright, and detail-oriented for this position to support our continuous growth and client acquisition. Our focus is expanding our clients' reach into additional markets, and to do so, we are hiring an Entry Level Manager immediately. This position is detailed for someone who can create the individualized approach that our clients seek.
The Entry Level Manager role initially is to generate sales, communicate with potential customers, and nourish existing customer relationships. Additionally, the Entry Level Manager would promote services and products, symbolize and carry a great reputation as the face of the company on conference calls or events, and meetings with key clients, and help plan and manage marketing and promotion initiatives.
Entry Level Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the business development team and account managers to facilitate new campaign proposals and communicate business information.
- Participate in brand/goods/service knowledge training given to on-site business development and account management teams on behalf of management.
- Assisting customers with any questions they have regarding the products, services, and brand to develop customized strategies and packages that would be aligned with their needs and wants.
- Proactively seek new business occasions in the market by acting as the liaison between our company and clients.
- Observing and learning from senior account managers and assisting with framing new client objectives weekly.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Entry Level Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1 years in a customer service, retail, sales, client service, or a related field.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Able to confidently and professionally communicate with our Executive teams.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Negotiation skills and persuasive

Pay: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
