Job Summary
This client is seeking a permanent, full-time IT Administrator for the current location of the company at Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Job Description
- The specific duties of the this role include the following :
- Conceptualize design, implement, and develop a solution for complex / programs independently
- Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools
- Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.
- Document system builds and application configurations; maintain and update documentation as needed
- Provide support for IT Network and Systems infrastructure including day-to day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for corporate offices
- Support implementation of addition, deletions, upgrades and modifications to organization's IT infrastructure
- Provide support diagnosing and resolving any potential network and hardware issues
- Assist in administering Cisco VoIP phone system
- Assist end users through Help Desk ticketing system
