- Main Responsibilities :
- Promote a Culture that supports Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Quality
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment by following all safety protocols and perform workplace organization by promoting 5S principals.
- Enforce the 5S principals in the primary areas of responsibilities.
- Provide approximately 50% of time worked on the production floor, covering for vacations, cross-teamwork between each shift.
- Must communicate with the Production Team Leaders on each shift frequently on KP| issues.
- Assist the Production Team Leaders on each shift to help allocate manpower in the correct areas
- Support Team Lead in managing Time and Attendance and Apriso systems.
- Support mandatory and periodic training necessary for their positions.
- Identify and liaison with PEX department on continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide accurate performance reporting (KPI's)
- Participate in cross-functional communication between shifts and between other production and s
- Make sure the workforce is properly manned by scheduling correctly.
- Managing day to day work assignments of the team.
- Fill in for Team lead in absence.
- Lead daily management meeting as requested.
- Other duties may be assigned
