Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, a fast-growing, non-profit organization is currently seeking compassionate, dependable and motivated individuals to join our Family Service team.

Strong candidates will possess the skills to be personable, empathic, service-minded and professional when dealing with bereaved families and individuals. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills – all forms of communication
- Ability to listen attentively to the needs of families.
- Ability to complete forms and other documentation in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be comfortable with computers and programs
- Willingness to work weekends (flexible rotating schedule)
- Bilingual highly preferred: Spanish // Tagalog
- A current California Life Insurance License is beneficial and will be required within three months of employment
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clear driving record
