We are looking for skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in an industrial setting. As a Construction Estimators, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, and collaborating with various stakeholders to determine the materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather project specifications and requirements.
3. Conduct site visits to assess project scope and gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
4. Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other documentation to identify potential cost savings and efficiencies.
5. Utilize construction estimation software and tools to generate accurate and competitive bids.
6. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and constraints.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
