Job Description
Immediately Hiring experienced, hard working, motivated Construction Laborers in North Phoenix. Industrial construction setting, long term, with plenty of overtime.
Must be able to:
- Pass background check – no felonies in the last 7 years
- Pass a drug screen 10 panel
- Complete TSMC O365 online courses
- Will need to complete a P2 Safety orientation (for first or second day or work) – 2 hours long
Requirements:
- Previous experience in large scale, fast paced, construction environments.
- Self-motivated and able to work in small teams with general oversite.
- Ability to complete task quickly and efficiently.
- Adhere to site safety requirements.
- Experience with a forklift a plus.
- Punctuality and attendance.
- Experience in a skilled trade a plus.
- Familiarity with power and hand tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour

60 Hour Work Weeks
- Monday to Friday (12 hour shifts)
- Monday to Saturday (10 hour shifts)
- Weekends as needed
- Winter start time 6:00AM, Summer start time 5:00AM
