Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Account Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Fryeburg, ME, with the flexibility of some remote work. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to nurture and strengthen client relationships through exceptional customer service. You'll serve as the vital link between clients and insurance carriers, overseeing policies, ensuring compliance, and advising on necessary upgrades or changes. Additionally, you'll engage in business development activities, promoting the company through networking and participation in industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Act as the liaison between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring seamless communication and service.
- Monitor and manage insurance policies, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary updates or changes.
- Participate in business development, including networking and attending industry events to promote Chalmers Insurance Group.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to effectively problem-solve and make sound decisions.
- Solid understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Must hold a current insurance license or be willing to obtain one (training provided).
