Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and supervisory roles, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while optimizing operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Set appointments for our Outside Sales Team to meet with prospective customers in their homes.
  • Oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Supervise and mentor call center agents, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
  • Analyze call center metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and implement best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure necessary resources for the call center.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  • Lead project management initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with upper management regarding performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service management or a similar supervisory role within a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to drive decision-making processes.
  • Experience in project management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A strong understanding of call center technologies and software is preferred.

Pay: $71,653.00 - $77,473.00 per year
