We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team. Duties
- Set appointments for our Outside Sales Team to meet with prospective customers in their homes.
- Oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise and mentor call center agents, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
- Analyze call center metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and implement best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure necessary resources for the call center.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Lead project management initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service management or a similar supervisory role within a call center environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in analyzing data to drive decision-making processes.
- Experience in project management is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
