Job Overview:
Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Advertising Maintenance Technician to maintain and service advertising assets at VPS Airport in partnership with Clear Channel Airports. This role involves the installation, cleaning, and inspection of advertising displays to ensure they are visually appealing and well-maintained for public viewing. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently within the designated hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and clean advertising assets within the airport premises as directed by Clear Channel Airports.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all advertisements are in proper condition, providing necessary maintenance and adjustments as needed.
- Take high-quality photos of all advertising assets for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations by obtaining and maintaining an airport-issued badge.
- Schedule and coordinate client escorts as needed to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of assets.
- Utilize a 12-foot ladder safely for accessing high-placed advertisements.
- Maintain effective communication through email, responding to all messages within a 24-hour period.
- Use a smartphone to capture photos, communicate with the team, and manage emails promptly.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and adherence to airport protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain an airport-issued badge (requires passing background checks and adherence to airport security protocols).
- Reliable transportation is required for traveling to and from the airport.
- Availability to schedule and coordinate client escorts as needed.
- Comfortable and capable of safely using a 12-foot ladder.
- Must own and be proficient with a smartphone for photo documentation, email communications, and responding promptly.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to responding to emails within 24 hours.
- Prior experience in advertising maintenance, installation, or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
4-7 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on asset maintenance and client needs.
