Advertising Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with Clear Channel Airports, is seeking a part-time Advertising Specialist for PWM Jetport. This role is essential to maintaining the pristine condition of the airport's advertising program. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in an airport environment. This role requires self-motivation and the ability to handle a variety of tasks, including cleaning, installation, audits, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain advertisements to ensure all displays are in pristine condition.
• Install advertisements according to provided guidelines and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of advertising displays to ensure compliance with specifications, proper placement, and overall effectiveness.
• Perform walk-throughs of the advertising areas to identify any maintenance, operational, or aesthetic issues that need addressing.
• Serve as an escort for contractors, clients, or other parties needing access to advertising spaces.
• Take high-quality photos of advertising displays for documentation, audit, and reporting purposes, using a smartphone.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of audits, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and airport regulations during work hours.

Qualifications:

• Must have a smartphone capable of taking clear, high-quality photos and accessing communication tools as needed for work.
• Reliable transportation to and from PWM Jetport.
• Clear background check, as required by airport security.
• Previous experience in advertising maintenance, installation, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Work Environment:

• This role involves light physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.
• The work schedule is part-time, with flexibility within the 5-8 hour weekly requirement.
