Lead Reservationist

We are looking for an experienced reservationist to join our team!

Chandlers Prime Steaks | Fine Seafood; Boise, Idaho's premier fine dining restaurant.

Chandlers is Boise's only Forbes recommended restaurant. We feature hand cut steaks, freshly flown in seafood, a wine list boasting over 700 labels and 15 BTG pours, and an extensive cocktail menu. We pride ourselves on providing a truly memorable dining experience, one that starts when the reservation is made and ends with the 'good night' from the host. 

This is not an entry level position. Previous (2 years) restaurant hosting or reservationist experience preferred. Other FOH restaurant experience (ie a floor manager or server looking for a change) or office management/customer service may be appropriate

- Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
- Calmness under pressure and gracious during busy times
- Mature and professional demeanor
- Detail oriented
- Clear and eloquent communication skills with proper grammar and spelling

- Mastery and comfort using OpenTable

- Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays are required)
- At least two years experience in an upscale restaurant or office management position

Job Type: Full-time. Hourly (BOE) tips. Insurance (medical, dental and vision) and vacation pay are available based on tenure. This position will primarily work afternoons and early evenings. Availability from noon to 8pm is required for this position.
