- Charles Taylor Adjusting is making critical additions to our US Property, Liability and Casualty Adjusting Practice. The practice works with carriers, brokers, and corporate clients, focusing on moderate to complex losses. Our Adjusters will build and support a portfolio of claims for a variety of classes;

Adjusters will handle the full life cycle of adjusting assignments. Overall, have ownership of end-to-end claims management; receive first notification of a loss, prepare an adjustment, propose settlement amount (where appropriate), and assist with a subrogated recovery.
In addition, as a critical subject matter expert, the Adjuster will establish new client relationships and internal partnerships across our North American and Global Adjusting and Claim Technical Services Practices.

Candidate Profile
Our Adjusters are hands-on, technically competent professionals with a history of success within a Commercial Independent Adjusting Firm, Broker, or Insurance carrier. Ideal candidates are visible leaders who possess marketplace relationships and the ability to develop additional revenue-generating opportunities. This role requires a fundamental technical understanding of adjusting, business development acumen, and a deep executive presence.
