This role will be both an internal mentor to up and coming engineers and a Subject Matter Expert requiring customer interaction.

What we need.
- Willing to live in Wisconsin or Ohio
- Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background - Polymer Science required
- Extrusion Experience required, Blown Film Experience Preferred, MDO Highly preferred
- Minitab experience required
- An Engineer who can talk to people. Internal and External communication required.
