Position Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, offering personalized service to our customers. You’ll assist them in finding the perfect pair of shoes, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations, drive sales, and contribute to the success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Assist customers in selecting shoes based on their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product knowledge and answer any questions regarding fit, style, and comfort
- Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
- Help set up and tear down of store events
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for shoes and fashion
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
