What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jail and Re-Entry Clinician position at CHD Brand?
Center for Human Development (CHD) is currently looking for a Master’s Level, Licensed or Licensed Eligible Jail and Re-Entry Clinician to join our Greenfield Wellness Clinic. The Clinician will offer support to individuals, during and post incarceration, diagnosed with Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Staff will provide clinical services, re-entry support and case management in the jail, clinic and community.
Your role as a Jail and Re-Entry Clinician you will:
Jail and Re-entry Clinicians will become part of our dynamic outpatient team, working within the community in locations to include our Greenfield Clinic, the Franklin County Jail, and the Franklin County Re-Entry Program. In this role, you will combine therapy with case management skills to address individuals that have been diagnosed with substance use disorders during and post incarceration. Clinicians will deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for substance use disorders but also navigate the complexities of case management. Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
- Clinical Assessment and Treatment
- Case Management
- Community Reintegration Support
- Crisis Intervention
Qualifications Required:
- Master's Degree
- Licensed preferred, (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW)
- Licensed eligible candidates are welcome to apply
- Reliable, registered & insured vehicle and approved driving record check
- Approved criminal background check (CORI)
- Ease of use with electronic health records

This is a Full time opportunity. Salary range starts at $65,000, negotiable dependent on licensure and experience.
