Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Mechanical knowledge related to bar equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for minor repairs or setups around the bar area is an advantage.

Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
