Job Summary:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the management and handling of shipping invoices including closing invoices within an ERP system.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect, monitor, and analyze customer shipping invoices
- Print-out customer reports
- Invoice Adjustments
- Additional duties as assigned
Hours & Classification:
Work hours are Monday through Friday 6:00am to 4:00pm, with Saturdays as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years Manufacturing Warehouse Experience
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-management
- Experience working with a WMS
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel and ERP Systems
- Optional: Ability to operate a forklift
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus!
