Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is a rapidly growing car wash brand dedicated to delivering the fastest, highest quality wash while ensuring top-notch customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a positive and efficient experience for every customer who visits our locations. We are seeking energetic and outgoing Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Cheetah Clean, engaging with customers, promoting our services, and ensuring a stellar experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for cars and customer service. This position provides a great opportunity to get into sales and earn commissions!
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Promote and sell car wash services and products, explaining the benefits and features to customers.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for all customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with promotions and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
● Ability to communicate with customers and sell plans, with commission opportunities based on performance!
● High energy with ability to handle hours on your feet in variable weather conditions
● Outgoing, friendly, and focused on providing excellent customer service
● Punctual, responsible and a team player who will pitch in as needed
● Must be available on the weekends and during peak business times
● No previous experience is required. We will train you!
