Job Description

 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Maintaining property and upkeeping grounds.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify managers of necessary repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean rooms, halls and bathrooms, vacuum, sweep, mop, replace toiletries
• Manage utility closet for items, and make sure to let us know we need to order items, so we don’t run out.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with other employees.
• Hard worker.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Cleaning technician must be a self-starter and take initiative.

 PREFERRED SKILLS

• 1 years previous experience working in a commercial janitorial setting.
• Have experience with a vacuum, mop, broom, and cleaning materials.
• Be able to communicate effectively with all team members.
• Be a team player and work well with others.
