Surveillance Agent

Cherokee Casino Grove is searching for a dedicated Surveillance Agent to join our growing security team. As a Surveillance Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of the casino. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring casino activities through video surveillance systems, identifying potential threats, and reporting suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities.

• Monitor casino areas using video surveillance equipment to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other illegal activities.
• Maintain a vigilant watch for safety concerns, such as suspicious individuals or potential hazards.
• Ensure adherence to gaming regulations, policies, and procedures by all casino personnel and guests.
• Assist in investigations by reviewing video footage, analyzing data, and providing reports to relevant departments.
• Monitor the condition of surveillance equipment and report any malfunctions or technical issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of surveillance activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

• 12 hours of college credit and completion of Composition 1 or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months of work experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
• Ability to speak and write proficiently in English.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Ability to proficiently operate phone systems, basic office equipment, computers, and basic computer programs utilized in daily operations (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Paint, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to do tedious work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Have the ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
