Front Desk Team Member
Job Description
- Ensures customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Punctual
- Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
- Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
- Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Refers unresolved customer issues to management for further investigation.
- Processes applications, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Ensure all members are scanned into system.
- Sweep out front.
- Excellent sales ability.
- Able to sell Memberships Contracts and meet closing ratio requirements
- Enter Traffic into computer and follow up frequently
- Enter all contract information in system properly
- Ensure all class attendance is entered into Minbody
- Assist with calling people about their account balance.
- Accepting payments on their accounts in the form of cash, checks or credit cards.
- Able to assist with Collections efforts.
- Answer all phone calls in a friendly and polite manner always.
- Clean and wipe down all equipment, mirrors and floor.
