Healthcare Coordinator/LPN . Full time, first shift, Monday – Friday position with office located at the Pageland Day Program in Pageland, SC. On-call duty as needed. To provide/coordinate all nursing care for Community Residential Care Facilities and Community Training Homes per local, state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications: High school diploma and completion of approved school of nursing with state certification by S.C. Board of Nursing
