Your Next Great Adventure
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will ensure a positive experience for homeowners by managing customer service and warranty issues throughout the homebuying and post-closing process. You will work closely with the Customer Relations Manager to determine the best course of action for addressing service requests, coordinating with homeowners and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner. Effective communication with homeowners before, during, and after service requests is essential, including follow-up to ensure satisfaction. You will also build strong relationships with customers, construction managers, and vendors, educate homeowners on warranty procedures, and collaborate with construction teams to deliver an exceptional new home experience for Chesmar customers.
Qualifications

- Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to communicate and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Hands-on experience in new home construction and a strong understanding of the construction process.
- Proficient with standard software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Valid driver's license, professional appearance, and ability to adapt to changing business practices and priorities.
