Chicago Flame Hardening is looking for a meticulous Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a smooth flow of inventory. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring our client experience. A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

As part of our Logistics Team you will:

· Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments with utmost attention to detail

· Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of products

· Organize and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to facilitate smooth operations

· Ability to lift 50lbs packages safely

· Use Forklift for moving heavy materials around (we provide training – no experience needed)

· Hours 8 AM to 4:30 PM M-F

· Be able to speak and communicate clearly.

· If you have bad knees or a bad back this is probably not the job for you.

· Be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs.

· Be reliable – if you cannot show up for work when scheduled this job is NOT for you.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19-$25 per hour, $2 increase after successfully completing 90 days
