Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support curriculum development and classroom preparation
- Provide individualized attention and care to students
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress
- Help children with special needs, including those with autism, as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or education is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Certification in Montessori or other teaching methodologies is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with young children
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
