As a key member of our administrative department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our practice by ensuring accurate and timely financial recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and maintain comprehensive financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial projections to support business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver detailed monthly financial reports, supporting year-end closing procedures with precision.
• Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to analyze financial data and uphold compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient financial audits.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all financial and personnel information.
• Address any billing discrepancies by contacting vendors promptly and ensuring timely resolution

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Online Quickbooks or Desktop) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
