Job Summary: Assist in the development and monitoring of foster care services for youth at Children’s Harbor. The Residential Manager II will be responsible for following CH policies and procedures. The Residential Manager will work alongside the Director of Residential, ensuring all administrative tasks are up to DCF, COA, and CNET standards. The Residential Manager will work alongside their team to ensure each shift and home runs smoothly and abides by CH policies and expectations. |
Responsibilities: 1. Follow Children’s Harbor policy and procedures. 2. Adhere to ChildNet and the Dept. of Children & Families relevant agency rules and regulations (65C-14). 3. Participate in all events held on campus. 4. Schedule—Sibling & Maternity (team B) 5. Work with Director of Operations on Payroll Forms—essential pay, PTO, Vacations, and Call Outs 6. Manage and ensure electronic health record (EHR) contains all necessary documentation. 7. Meet with HP and RA’s (once a week) to ensure CRR records are up to date, with all required documents. 8. Meet with HP and RA’s once a month for supervision. 9. Participate in Huddle and HP meetings 10. Oversight and monitor: Medical needs of residents, including, but not limited to scheduled appointments, emergency procedures, medication administration, planning, and arrangement; residents’ medications (i.e., maintain supply, supervise passing of medications, documentation, etc.); residential documentation in records, reports, and participant file information FDLE (police callouts); property destruction; BA, and runaways are tracked QT. 11. FDLE, Property Destruction and, incident report submitted to the proper parties. 12. On-call rotation (weekend) 13. Review grocery list items needed and inventory weekly. 14. Respond to emails within 48 hours of receipt during business hours 15. Provide all incident reports on Monday (weekend incidents) 16. Ensure each home has petty cash, outing money, outing approvals signed, weekend activity calendar provided to weekend staff) |
