Responsibilities
- Specimen handling and distribution
- Use of Information Systems
- Specimen collection (phlebotomy and SWCL) in accordance with CMH policies and procedures, as applicable
- Customer service to internal and external customers in accordance with CMH shared values and service excellence programs
- Performance of waived to moderate complexity testing and reporting; and/or specimen processing and preparation under appropriate supervision, following in-depth training and competency assessment procedures (as assigned)
- Maintains general operations of the Laboratory and performs quality assurance activities
- HS diploma or equivalent and No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training 1-2 years of related phlebotomy or lab experience or education training in phlebotomy preferred, but not required.
