(Sunday 9am - 11pm, Monday - Wednesday 3pm - 11pm)
CCL is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in New Castle, DE to provide support to adults with developmental disabilities. DSPs work in a variety of settings, including community environments, family or individual homes, and other community-based locations, assisting individuals in achieving a high quality of life.
As a DSP, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with developmental disabilities live fulfilling lives by supporting them with their daily needs and encouraging their participation in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Medication administration
- Support with meals and dietary needs
- Personal care assistance
- Community integration and inclusion
- Documentation and record-keeping
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Caring, empathetic, and nurturing demeanor
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
- Valid Delaware Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to lift and transfer individuals
- Ability to walk, climb, bend, reach, kneel, squat, and twist as needed
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening

- New Castle, DE 19720: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
