Responsibilities:
Ensuring every station is stocked with choppings and dressings throughout the shift
Managing inventory of ingredients during a shift and alerting management if any ingredient needs replenishment
Moving with a sense of urgency to ensure the line is filled with product and clean supplies
Removing soiled bowls, mats and scrapers from the line and delivering them to the dish station
Performing general cleaning duties and maintenance of the restaurant before, during and after the shift to include taking out the garbage, sweeping and mopping
Keeping the line clean, dry, and safe for the team to work
Assisting team with the line set up or food prep as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be able to lift boxes and food trays up to 50 lbs
Ability to read and communicate in basic English to customers as needed
Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
Experience working in a high volume restaurant is preferred but not required
Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
Standing, stooping, kneeling, walking , wiping, reaching, bending and lifting are required actions throughout a shift
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shift
Must be able to perform duties that require standing and fast movement

Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
