Christ's Church Academy in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Varsity Softball Pitching Coach to join our supportive, Christ-centered environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with talented young women, developing their pitching skills while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and character growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing personalized pitching training programs.
• Providing technical instruction on mechanics, form, and strategy.
• Collaborating with the head coach to develop team strategy.
• Fostering a positive, encouraging atmosphere for learning and growth.
• Maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a softball pitching coach (high school level or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of pitching mechanics and training principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for athlete development and team-building.
• Alignment with the school’s statement of faith.
