As the founding member of the community team, you will work to strengthen and grow the Chroma developer community and the AI community at large. Events, swag, hackathons, video, and more – you’ll help execute the flywheel of love that we have today.
You should be enthusiastic and curious when rolling up your sleeves to help teach people building AI applications with Chroma.
This role requires that you are a people person. You must deeply and intrinsically love people.
We are not looking for someone to run an existing playbook. We are looking for people that are creative, mischievous, and relentlessly resourceful. You need to be radical.
Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- You are a people person. You love learning about others, connecting with them, and having fun!
- You have created or helped run a substantial community, event series, or other activities that bring a lot of people together.
- You have the ability and desire to travel (likely less than 20% time).
- Experience working in early-stage startups and specifically in community roles is desirable.
- Experience working with engineers (either as teammates or customers) is desirable.
