What You’ll Do:
- Assist Customers After Hours: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone to ensure a seamless experience, no matter the time.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns related to orders, products, and general inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Order Management: Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Chronic Guru’s products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Escalation Support: Collaborate with the daytime team to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring continuity in customer care.
- Build Relationships: Foster trust and loyalty by creating positive, memorable interactions with every customer.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service Pro: Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but a friendly attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Night Owl: Comfortable working evening and overnight shifts with the ability to stay focused and responsive.
