What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker-Apartment Complex (Full time) position at Chuck Rich Properties?
We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Worker For Apartment Complex to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Turnover apartments/prepare for new tenants
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Must have plumbing, electrical, general carpentry experience
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM, plus rotating emergency on call schedule. Pay based off of skills and experience.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
